Outside Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Engage and acquire new customers via door-to-door sales.
• Identify target customers in towns/cities; build rapport.
• Maintain knowledge of features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Evaluate customer product needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain sales production to meet or exceed quotas.
• Represent the company at community events in targeted markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in direct sales; door-to-door is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work outside in any weather.
• Available to work 10AM-7PM (40 hours/week).
• Results-driven, self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license; own vehicle; mileage allowance.
