- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience providing patient outreach.
- Schedule: 8 AMβ7 PM EST; possible evenings and Saturdays.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with call center platforms and EHR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Must have access to reliable high-speed internet.
- Preferred: Pharmacy Technician Certification or Active Pharmacy Technician License.
