Coordinate outreach and engagement activities in communities
Identify opportunities to collaborate with community orgs to generate qualified leads
Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to meet enrollment goals
Provide education about WelbeHealth services to community referral sources

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
DHCS marketing rep training and exam within 30 days of hire
At least 1 year in sales/marketing; 1 year in healthcare/senior care preferred
Experience with Salesforce or Athena (CRM/tech)
