Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
Identify opportunities to collaborate with community orgs to generate qualified leads
Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to reach enrollment goals with MOE Director
Provide education about WelbeHealth’s services to community referral sources

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
DHCS training and exam as marketing representative within 30 days of hire
1+ year of experience in a sales and marketing role; healthcare or senior care setting preferred
Technology experience such as Salesforce, Athena, etc.
