Develop and implement GTM strategy for new markets
Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
Travel 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
Design strategies to support referral partners across channels
Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

Based in Dallas, Plano, or Irving, TX
Fluent in English
1-4 years sales experience with KPI focus
Travel locally 4-5 days/week with valid driver's license
Healthcare organizations experience a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus
