📋 Description

• Lead and develop a 5-10 member outreach/enrollment team.
• Drive monthly and yearly enrollment targets.
• Lead growth initiatives for the South Los Angeles Center.
• Ensure comprehensive assessments and CMS/DHCS compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Center leadership and Growth.
• Maintain outreach channels for prospective participants.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare-related outreach or enrollment roles.
• Proven people management experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analytics.
• Strong relationship-building with participants, families, and providers.
• Strong computer skills and Excel proficiency.
• Bilingual: Spanish preferred.
