Answer calls from prospective participants; explain enrollment and convert to home visits
Assign enrollments to Benefits Coordinator for SOC/Medi-Cal verification
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of MOEE Playbook
Schedule initial home visits, LOC visits, MSW/PCP assessments, and conferences
Aid MOEE Director in meeting facilitation; document tasks in Salesforce
Assist with PR, marketing, outreach, and enrollment projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s degree in a relevant field; bachelor’s preferred
Two years of relevant experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable means of transportation
Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and/or Athena experience preferred
