🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Salesforce, MS Office Suite, or Athena experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
