Answer calls from prospective participants; explain enrollment; convert inquiries to home visits
Schedule initial visits, LOC visits, MSW/PCP assessments, Enrollment Conferences, and transportation
Assign enrollments to Benefits Coordinator for financial verification and Medi-Cal application steps
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of MOEE Playbook
Assist with MOEE meeting facilitation; document tasks in Salesforce
Support PR, marketing, outreach, and enrollment projects

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred
Two years of relevant experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salesforce, MS Office Suite, or Athena experience preferred
Bilingual preferred
