Answer calls from prospective participants and follow up referrals.
Explain the WelbeHealth enrollment process and convert inquiries to home visits.
Schedule initial home visits, LOC visits, and Enrollment Conferences.
Arrange transportation for all visits.
Assist MOEE Director and team; document tasks in Salesforce.
Support PR, marketing, outreach, and enrollment projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s degree in a relevant field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two+ years of relevant experience.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation; experience in Salesforce, MS Office, and/or Athena preferred.
Bilingual preferred.
