Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide treatment, tests, client education and PT-directed interventions.
• Perform outpatient home health visits in Wake County for adults and geriatrics.
• Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with the Raleigh-Durham senior living office team.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in North Carolina.
• Graduate from a 2-year APTA-approved PTA program.
• Two years PTA experience and a proficiency exam before 1977.
• At least one year of work experience under PT supervision.
• Other activities as requested.
