- Make outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility/ROM, transfers, stability, strength, endurance, balance, and safety assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapy, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
- Continuously assess and revise PT care plans, and participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan.
- Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health, safety, and independence.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet.
π― Requirements
- Maryland Physical Therapist license.
- At least one year of PT experience.
- Graduation from an APTA-approved PT program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
