Outpatient Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Make outpatient visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform mobility/ROM, gait, balance, strength, and safety assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapy, gait training, and balance.
• Continually assess and revise the PT care plan; collaborate with nursing.
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations with a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current VA PT license.
• Minimum 1 year PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA/AMA-accredited program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
