- North Carolina OT license.
- Minimum 1 year OT experience.
- Graduation from an AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
- Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; EMR experience.
