🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years fulfillment experience in automated pick environments.
- 5 years leading a team in manufacturing, production, or distribution.
- Self-motivated with urgency, resourceful and adaptable.
- Continuous improvement experience (5S, Kaizen).
- Hands-on with WMS and/or ERP systems (NetSuite).
- Bachelors’ degree preferred; HS Diploma/GED required.
