- 5 years leading a team in manufacturing/production/distribution
- Self-motivated with urgency, resourceful and adaptable
- Continuous improvement experience (5S, Kaizen)
- Experience with process improvements, KPIs and financial results
- Hands-on with WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite)
