Outbound Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee outbound logistics and order fulfillment operations.
• Manage order release, picking sheets, labeling, staging, and manifests.
• Plan routes and schedules based on customer needs and inventory.
• Ensure manifests and delivery docs meet state regulations.
• Lead and train logistics staff; enforce SOPs and safety.
• Track KPIs: on-time delivery, accuracy, productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years in logistics, fulfillment, inventory or related field.
• Experience in a distribution or highly regulated environment preferred.
• Experience leading or training team members preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies.
• Proficient with Metrc, Canix, Portal and logistics systems (Onfleet, Wheels, Azuga).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
