📋 Description

  • Map key contacts and teams in the New Logo territory to drive penetration with AEs.
  • Craft multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, Phone) to convey value.
  • Qualify prospects using BANT and book meetings to move opportunities forward.
  • Weekly meetings with AEs/BD to share progress and plan product launches.
  • Become expert on client workflow and product usage in named accounts.
  • Use tools to research prospective leads.
  • Enrich Salesforce CRM with accurate client and lead data.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-4 years SDR experience in B2B SaaS/Tech, maritime/logistics focus in Europe.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce.
  • Intrinsic drive to succeed and quick adaptation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive hunter mentality.
  • Confident interacting with senior personnel, in person or on the phone.
  • Engaging copywriting for emails and outreach.
  • Organized, structured, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Professional customer-centric manner.
  • Desire to learn and grow in a high-performing sales culture.
  • Tech-savvy with interest in disruptive technologies and market trends.
  • Enjoys contributing ideas in a dynamic startup culture.
