📋 Description

  • Conduct structured outbound research calls to customers from a daily queue.
  • Administer customer satisfaction surveys over the phone; capture responses.
  • Log call outcomes, survey results, and notes before next record.
  • Identify and recruit customers for qualitative interviews per criteria.
  • Log qualitative findings from field visits and report patterns to CX Researchers.
  • Visit support centres and field locations to observe interactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer-facing experience (outbound calling, service, or sales).
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; coursework in research, social sciences, business, or marketing.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision on routine tasks.
  • Prior experience in a research-related role or internship within tech or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa preferred.
