  • Minimum 5 years in lead generation / outbound growth ops in B2B tech.
  • Strong SQL and database management (queries, joins, dedupe).
  • Experience with AI/LLMs; building AI sales use-cases.
  • Automation / low-code workflows (Zapier or equivalents).
  • Salesforce administration or strong CRM fundamentals.
  • Experience with Outreach and Lemlist (or equivalents).
