  • 5+ years in lead gen/outbound growth ops in B2B tech.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong SQL and data stack experience (Snowflake, data lake).
  • AI literacy: LLMs, prompts, AI sales use-cases.
  • Automation/low-code expertise (Zapier or equivalents).
  • Salesforce admin, CRM fundamentals; Outreach/Lemlist experience.
