  • 5+ years in lead generation / outbound growth ops / Sales Ops in B2B tech.
  • English proficiency; strong communication in a global team.
  • Solid SQL skills and database management for segmentation.
  • Experience with AI: prompts, AI sales use-cases, workflows.
  • Automation / low-code workflows expertise (Zapier or equivalents).
  • Strong CRM fundamentals; Salesforce admin preferred; Outreach/Lemlist experience.
