  • Proven B2B outbound BDR experience in high-growth tech
  • Experience engaging customers across regions (outside AMER)
  • Strong written/verbal communication across email, phone, social
  • Translate complex tech into clear value
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Disciplined CRM usage, pipeline tracking, activity mgmt
  • Bonus: IaaS, PaaS or AI/ML exp
  • Bonus: SFDC, Groove, Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
