📋 Description

  • Drive outbound pipeline via targeted, data-driven prospecting across email, phone, and social channels
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on outbound motions, campaigns, and ABM initiatives

🎯 Requirements

  • Self-driven, results-oriented; able to work independently remotely
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement in a performance-focused sales culture
  • Proven B2B outbound BDR experience in global or high-growth tech
  • Experience engaging customers across regions, including outside AMER
  • Strong written and verbal communication across email, phone, social selling
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value
