We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Ensures that we achieve our overall operational goals through the implementation of scaled tooling, automation, and process optimization. 
  • Provide vision and direction to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Oversees the design, development, and execution of complex analysis to generate insights that support strategic decision-making. 
  • Oversees the end-to-end identification, scoping, build, and implementation of globally scalable process, automation, and tooling.
  • Drives the product roadmap, ensuring true operational scale through productized solutions. 

 

What we’re looking for

  • 7 - 10 years of domain experience.
  • 5 - 7 years of management experience.
  • BS/MS  in STEM disciplines, including Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics,and  Economics.
  • Advanced Stakeholder Management.
  • Advanced Process Optimization and Creative Problem Solving.
  • Business and Operational Acume.
