Design and implement low-latency, algorithmic trading strategies across crypto venues.
Iterate on trading strategies to optimize execution quality and PnL.
Monitor execution and market risk in real time during trading sessions.
Work with counterparties as point of contact for trading topics.
Quote counterparties for voice trades during APAC hours.
Contribute to improving tooling, analytics, and automation around OTC trading workflows.

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years of experience in quantitative trading or research (crypto experience a plus)
Strong Python skills for research and production-level code
Solid quantitative background in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, CS, or related field
High attention to detail, time management, and clear communication
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative trading environment
Nice to have: crypto market exposure and experience with trading counterparties
