OTC Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle for 100–200 accounts.
• Issue accurate, timely invoices with documentation to prevent delays.
• Proactively manage collections and reduce overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes with Sales and Customer Success.
• Ensure subscriptions and recurring billing are accurate.
• Maintain clean Accounts Receivable records for forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
• Familiarity with SaaS billing models and recurring revenue logic.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work US timezone hours.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy standards.
