OSRC Test Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead OSRC support for flight test operations at deployed locations and remote test sites.
• Oversee safety and compliance for system, component, and engine testing.
• Provide safety oversight for test facilities, including the HEAT facility in Jacksonville.
• Plan and execute testing campaigns with risk controls and safety reviews.
• Manage OSRC specialists and deployed operations technicians across sites.
• Coach and develop the OSRC team to ensure strong execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in environmental health and safety, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting complex test operations such as engine, system, or flight tests.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regs, environmental compliance, hazardous waste, and risk management.
• Experience managing or leading technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 33% to support deployed testing operations and locations.
