Conduct regular risk assessments across manufacturing and production areas.
Identify and resolve safety concerns in fabrication and heavy manufacturing.
Partner with ops and leadership to implement corrective actions balancing safety and production.
Support hazard identification, incident prevention, corrective actions, and CI.
Assist in developing and implementing safety standards and procedures.
Maintain a strong operational presence and cross‑department relationships.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or related operations.
Experience in sheet metal/tube fabrication or heavy industrial operations.
Strong understanding of safety practices, risk mitigation, and hazard identification.
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced operational settings.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to solve problems independently and drive action.
