📋 Description

• Assist technology or insurance leaders with departmental strategy and outcomes.
• Support leaders in driving talent strategy and talent management for the department.
• Be proactive; provide input on consequences of local law and best practices.
• Support and train managers to coach their team and handle disciplinary actions.
• Influence senior leadership; provide strategic insight to address business needs.
• Partner cross-functionally within People on development and change management.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in People/HR teams.
• 4+ years in leadership frameworks and talent org design.
