📋 Description

  • Assist technology or insurance leaders with departmental strategy and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in People/HR teams.
  • 4+ years in leadership frameworks and talent org design.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base pay: $131,200 - $172,200/year.
