📋 Description

  • Assess and deploy a vision and roadmap to support effective employee relations and HR compliance.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws; partner with legal stakeholders.
  • Improve employee relations and HR governance; provide executive synthesis on risk matters.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable HR frameworks and coaching.
  • Build advisory relationships with leaders on workplace concerns; handle confidential matters with counsel.
  • Lead HR team through strategy execution and serve as escalation point.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR
  • 4+ years of leadership experience
  • 3+ years of employee relations and policy design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or commensurate experience
  • Bonus: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or similar HR certifications
