🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- 3+ years of employee relations and policy design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or commensurate experience
- Bonus: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or similar HR certifications
