🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on enterprise experience leading OCM for an enterprise customer.
- Certifications: ITIL, ScrumMaster, PMP, Prosci.
- 3-5 years in process, organizational change, or learning improvements; leading enterprise projects; PM methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of change management principles; experience with PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint.
- Ability to understand business issues and articulate context.
- Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, strategic thinking, analytical and decision-making.
- Ability to mentor and be a credible knowledge source for less experienced team members.
