Organizational Change Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement change management strategies for new processes and tech.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and readiness across departments.
• Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Leverage data analytics to connect change initiatives to strategic goals.
• Lead design and execution of technology pilot programs with clear criteria.
• Independently develop firmwide communication strategies and exec messaging.
• Build leadership sponsorship and alignment around strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex changes into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Build internal change management capability with playbooks and templates.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic directions to L&D, HR, and IT for timely training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business admin, organizational development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in change management or transformation roles.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale change initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels and build trusted exec relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across departments.
• Strong analytical skills to measure adoption and impact.
• Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar).
• Experience with AI/emerging tech adoption in professional services.
• Familiarity with professional services firm operations and culture.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, or similar tools.
