🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in organic growth, SEO, or content-led acquisition.
  • Deep capability in at least one area: technical/content/programmatic SEO or ASO.
  • Experience with answer engine optimisation and AI-driven discovery.
  • Data-driven, comfortable with dashboards and experiments.
  • Track record driving bookings, revenue, or LTV from organic channels.
  • Experience managing people and cross-functional collaboration.
