• Promote and sell Renasight and Prospera for kidney health.
• Drive market adoption of Organ Health portfolio through launches.
• Be a local expert on Natera’s technology and services.
• Develop and execute tailored local business plans to hit sales goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years in progressive sales (lab/molecular/diagnostic preferred).
• Proven closing, relationships, and revenue growth.
• Drive adoption through clinical education and consultative selling.
• Existing KOL relationships in nephrology or specialty medicine.
• Knowledge of academic medical systems and IDNs in nephrology.
• Travel up to 50-75% within territory, with 10-20% overnight.
