  • Engage clients in 1:1 peer discussions via secure platforms to align goals.
  • Provide skill-based interventions to stabilize clients during stress.
  • Conduct risk screenings and safety planning; escalate to crisis clinicians as needed.
  • Remain a resource during programming to maintain engagement throughout treatment.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (earned or in senior year) in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or related field and/or relevant certifications (Certified Peer Specialist).
  • 2nd year Master's students preferred
  • Previous expertise with young adults/adolescents in individual and group settings (Inpatient, IOP, PHP, RTC) preferred.
  • 1+ years experience in mental health peer support or related roles.
  • Must reside in Oregon.
  • Must be available for 10 hours/week minimum and to work 3 days/week minimum.
