Lead and grow a team of PMs & Engineering leads.
Champion customer‑centric discovery: engage directly with HR leaders, managers, and deskless workers to uncover needs.
Translate insights into a clear roadmap, balancing AI innovation with pragmatic delivery.
Prioritise ruthlessly: align product bets to company OKRs and growth goals.
Build scalable product practices: discovery rituals, outcome‑driven roadmaps, product analytics, and experimentation.
Represent Product at leadership level; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure market fit and commercial success.
Must‑haves
7+ years in product management, with 3+ in a leadership role.

Comfortable owning outcomes, not just outputs—data‑driven and impact‑focused.
Nice‑to‑haves
Experience scaling product/engineering orgs from Series A – B stage.
Deep knowledge of HR tech, workforce management, or deskless worker domains.
Familiarity with European labour compliance, shift scheduling, or payroll integrations.
Strong design sensibility; comfortable sparring with UX/UI peers.
Empowered squads: PM + Design + Eng work as a trio on discovery/delivery.
Agile & lean: we value learning quickly over shipping perfectly.
