Role overview

We are seeking a Web3 Growth Marketer to be onsite in Ho Chi Minh City. You will drive user growth, activation, and engagement for Orderly's Web3 products. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design and execute data-driven growth strategies and optimize the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth campaigns across Web3 channels (social, content, partnerships, influencers)
• Manage both paid and organic growth initiatives; optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS
• Analyze campaign data, run experiments, and iterate on funnel improvements
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve onboarding and activation
• Build dashboards and provide regular performance reporting
• Stay current with Web3 trends and competitive landscape
• Manage budgets and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or related roles; crypto/Web3 experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in data-driven decision making
• Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Reddit, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City or willing to work onsite in HCM

Nice to have

• Experience with onboarding optimization, referral programs, or community growth
• Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals
