Role Overview
As a Social Media Assistant VN, you will support Orderly's Vietnamese social media presence and help grow our community and engagement across channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging content for Vietnamese social channels
- Schedule posts and manage content calendars with the marketing team
- Respond to comments and messages to foster community
- Assist with social campaigns, launches, and performance tracking
- Monitor trends and competitive activity to inform content strategy
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Fluent in Vietnamese; strong written and verbal communication in English preferred
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Excellent writing, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
