Product Manager-Orderly

Job Description

Orderly is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for its platform. This fully remote role requires collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver customer-focused features and measurable impact. You will own the product vision, define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive execution from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap in partnership with stakeholders.
• Gather, prioritize, and document requirements across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to ship valuable features.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform product decisions.
• Drive a data-informed approach to prioritization and backlog management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience in software or platform products (PM or Associate PM eligible).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with user research, analytics, and defining success metrics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote team.
