Growth Intern (Crypto Native / Meme Lord)

Role Overview

Orderly is a crypto-native startup building innovative solutions in the web3 space. We’re looking for a Growth Intern to help drive user growth, engagement, and awareness in a fast-paced environment. This role is remote-first and ideal for a self-starter who loves crypto culture and memes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with growth experiments across channels (social, content, email, and community) to drive activation and retention.
• Help create and publish engaging content and memes that resonate with crypto-native audiences.
• Support data-driven decision making by tracking metrics, interpreting results, and iterating on campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and community teams to optimize onboarding and user experience.
• Participate in brainstorms for new growth ideas and help execute experimental ideas end-to-end.

Requirements

• Interest in crypto, web3, and meme culture; strong written communication skills.
• Curiosity, hustle, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Basic comfort with data analysis and a willingness to learn marketing tools and metrics.
• Experience in content creation or social media is a plus.
