Orderly is seeking an English Sales Executive Assistant to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role supports the sales department by managing administrative tasks, communications with clients, scheduling meetings, and maintaining CRM records.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
- Maintain and update CRM records (contacts, deals, activities)
- Draft communications, proposals, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements
- Assist with lead qualification and pipeline management
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or executive assistance
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic CRM usage
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and requires on-site work
