Orderly is hiring to expand its ecosystem through strategic partnerships and business development in China. This role focuses on growing the Orderly ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and managing key partners.

The Role: Associate, Ecosystem Growth & BD

As an Associate in Ecosystem Growth & BD, you will work with cross-functional teams to create and execute partnership strategies, identify new partner opportunities, and drive growth within the China market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential ecosystem partners in China.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and revenue initiatives.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and deal structures with partners.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to define go-to-market plans.
• Track partner performance, report on impact, and optimize programs.
• Onboard and enable partners, ensuring successful collaboration and mutual value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem roles (preferably in tech).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Based in China or willing to relocate to China (if applicable).
