- Build and enforce controls and segregation of duties; audit-ready documentation
- Ensure data completeness and accuracy during month-end close; reconcile orders/pricing/billing
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for billing accuracy and cycle times
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in OTC/Order Management/Billing in SaaS or high-growth tech
- SaaS billing models: subscription, usage, and hybrid
- Hands-on CPQ, ERP, and billing platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe)
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Detail-oriented, data-driven; analyzes complex billing scenarios
- Strong month-end close, reconciliations, and SOX know-how
