🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in Order Mgmt/Sales Ops/Deal Desk with KPI track record.
- 1+ years in multinational env with global time zones and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong Analytical Foundation: interpret contract data; identify patterns.
- Metric-Driven: track/report performance metrics (errors, volumes, cycle times).
- Adaptability: thrive in high-growth, changing processes; optimize.
- EMEA shift required: 1 PM–10 PM IST.
