- Daily monitoring of Salesforce opportunities through booking stages
- Establish trusted relationships with Sales and Customer Success to provision accounts
- Verify contract details match Salesforce orders (products, pricing, dates, terms)

- Process subscription changes upsells expansions downsells and provisioning/deprovisioning

- 2-3+ years in order processing or customer support in fast-paced sales
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-starter with proven customer service and sales support
- Creative thinker with problem solving and buy in skills
- Team-first mindset, humble and hungry
- Able to project manage across departments
- Willing to roll up sleeves, no task is too big or small
- Thrives under pressure in fast paced env with competing priorities
- Stable internet with at least 10 Mbps; include speed test documentation
- Willing to attend occasional in person meetings in Metro Manila
