Order Management & Billing Lead, Cloud Marketplaces & Partnerships - AWS

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end billing for AWS and partner channels (usage, invoicing).
• Build scalable billing processes for cloud marketplaces and partners.
• Manage pricing models, credits, discounts, and invoice validation.
• Partner with AWS and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Onboard new cloud marketplaces by defining workflows and controls.
• Embed AI and automation into billing workflows to reduce rework.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Billing Ops, Order Management, cloud marketplace, or usage-based billing.
• Strong understanding of partner/marketplace billing models (usage-based, invoicing, reconciliation).
• Experience with cloud marketplaces, external partners, or ecosystem models.
• Experience launching new partner channels with defined workflows and controls.
• Hands-on with CPQ, ERP, and billing platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe).
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
