Order Management & Billing

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end readiness for monetization launches (testing, invoicing, go-live)
• Scale work via BPO and offshore teams; design workflows, SOPs, training, QA
• Embed AI and automation into OTC workflows to reduce rework and catch issues early
• Partner across Revenue Systems, Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Deal Desk for alignment
• Build controls and segregation of duties; ensure clear, auditable docs and reconciliations
• Ensure data integrity during month-end close; validate orders, pricing, and usage before revenue flow

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Order-to-Cash, Order Management, and Billing in SaaS or tech
• Knowledge of SaaS billing models: subscription, usage-based, hybrid
• CPQ, ERP, and billing platforms (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Stripe)
• Exceptional communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset for complex billing scenarios
• Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and SOX compliance
