  • Own the full order lifecycle from buyer/seller preferences to on-time delivery.
  • Centralize buyer/seller communication; provide proactive order status updates.
  • Coordinate shipments with sellers, 3PLs, and buyers; evaluate quotes.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly; ensure a positive experience and minimize revenue impact.
  • Maintain timely order updates and document trails (BOLs, POs).
  • Analyze processes and propose improvements to order processing.
  • Learn fast and support Sales, Ops, and Accounting as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in wholesale ops, customer success, logistics, or related.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or retail environments.
  • Adept at solving complex problems and implementing change.
  • Highly organized and motivated to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Make it happen mindset; no task too big or small.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast learner; able to pick up new skills across multiple areas.
