Order Fulfillment Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee accurate fulfillment of sales orders for delivery.
• Coordinate routes and schedules for transport to customers.
• Train and onboard leads, agents, and drivers.
• Track delivery vehicle maintenance records.
• Administer coaching and discipline with HR support.
• Ensure WI/SOP adherence and test new WI/SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant background or 1-3 years in Inventory, Logistics, or order fulfillment.
• Two years supervisory/managerial experience with agents and operations.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams (Materials, Sales, HR).
