- Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment by pulling, packing, and palletizing.
- Receive and log incoming items.
- Unload delivery trucks and verify inbound deliveries match the PO.
- Coordinate and track movement of goods through METRC.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, decimals.
- Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
